Learn about Nordic skating from theory to practice. Safety, clothing, equipment are always parts of the learning content in this event/course.

We tailor this event/course according to weather and natural ice-conditions. We also do indoor training and theory before go on natural ice.

Ice condition is normally best in Dec – Feb. Be ready on fairly short notice.

NFO provide you with skates and safety equipment.

You need to have sufficient clothes and hiking boots. You need some basic skills regarding skating.
