Kayaking or Canoeing in Scania/Skåne. The north-east of Scania offers great opportunities on several lakes for kayaking and Canoeing. Did you know that Sweden has more than 100,000 lakes! NFO offers both day-events and multiple-day events. Staying in shelters or tents.

Kayaking/Canoeing learning content: Paddle techniques, safety on water, rescue techniques, navigation, set a camp and cooking on open fire, the means of Friluftsliv, “Legal right to private land”, sustainability, nature and health.

Kayaking in Norway at Neröfjorden

Nærøyfjord is situated in the unique and cultural nature of Sogn and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site https://tinyurl.se/cDM. You will kayak in a smaller group for 3 days with 2 nights in tent. This event is in cooperation with a local partner to NFO. It is good with some basic knowledge in kayaking but not necessary. This event can easily be combined with a 3-day hiking in Jotunheimen. It is only a 2-hour drive between Sogn and Jotunheimen. Link to diary
