Enjoy nature together with friends and family and at the same time learning to be an independent hiker.

Hiking events/courses in the Scania-region, the most southern part of Sweden. It offers a lot of scenic routes where it is possible to stay in shelters or tent. NFO offers day-hike events/courses as well as overnight stays. Together we decide which area and distance to do.

Period: All year around. 4 – 6 hours with guide.

Hiking course/event in Jotunheimen, Norway

Jotunheimen means “the home of the giants”. Jotunheimen National Park has more than 300 peaks above 2,000 metres. Our base is at Tyinholmen Mountain Station https://www.tyinholmen.no/en/. You stay in cabins or in tents. We do day-hikes in the area of the nearby peaks, but overnight-stay in tent is also possible. We make tours according to the status of the group and the weather.

Jotunheimen event/course learning content: About equipment, how to prepare for and conduct mountain hiking, safety on the mountain, navigation, weather, cooking, culture, sustainability, nature and health.

Period: May – October. 3 – 4 days.
